3. Please include the links, websites or documents proving the product at the lower price in the email.
4. Once our staff receives your email we will review the information you have provided and a credit voucher will be provided within 24 hours once we process the order.

Our 100% Price Match Guarantee has some limitations

• Special promotions on a competitor site such as rebates, gift certificates, clearance, and "buy one, get one" offers are not eligible.
• Only one price match per website per order.
• This Price Guarantee does not apply to auction sites, not brick-and-mortar stores, a discount site (like overstock.com and smartbargains.com), Amazon.com, ebay.com, etsy.com or a paid-membership club.
• The online merchant must be an established U.S. site and an authorize dealer of Copic & ShinHan Art U.S. Distributor, as determined by MarkerPop.com
• Price difference applies to full cost of the item minus any promotions.
• 100% Price Match Guarantee can not be used with any other discount and will not qualify for reward points.
• 100% difference will be issued in the form of a MarkerPop.com store credit/voucher for your next order.
• MarkerPop provides all of our customers free shipping on select products over $50 and all other products orders over €90.00. It is only fair that we compare our price to another company's delivered price, company's rush shipping service, handling fees and taxes. These charges if applicable will be added to their price to make a fair comparison against our price.
